ABOUT ME
A Yale graduate, law review editor at the University of Texas Law Review, and former federal judicial law clerk, Owen Martikan has over 30 years of experience handling civil and criminal matters in state and federal court, both at the trial and appellate levels. He is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California, a former Assistant City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco, and a former Enforcement Attorney for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He has handled over 100 appeals of all kinds, over 300 federal district court cases, and has briefed and argued civil and criminal appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the California Supreme Court, and the California Courts of Appeal.
